Finally!

Baby Andrew...We can't stand it that we had to wait so long to see you. Prepare to be very spoiled soon!
We spent a few hours with Alyssa, Barry, and boys before they flew home on Friday. Thank you Bob and Ruth!

Halle had lots of hugs for Carson.

Finally, Finally, Finally, I get to hold my new nephew. He is a very sweet baby! (and cute...did I mention cute?)

Frenemies

I love this picture of Dillon and Connor because it captures the joy of having a brother. They had spent the morning digging in the woods by our house, laughing hysterically together and fighting over the shovel. They have reached the age where they have more inside jokes together than we have with them. They can have a two hour conversation about Pokemon and Trevor and I don't understand a thing they are saying. Their bedroom is way too small for both of them now but I love hearing them laugh together with the lights out, talking about their day.

A Perfect Fall Day

We hiked through the West Bloomfield Nature Conservatory on Sunday. It was full of wonderful trails with many wooden bridges and stone stairways. The boys had a great time with hiking sticks and Halle experienced the trail everyway possible. She walked and ran for over a mile.

Aunt Net, Uncle Al, and Henry Ford

My Aunt Net and Uncle Al from Wisconsin came to see us this past weekend. We had a great time with them! They brought their 5th Wheel and amazingly Uncle Al was able to back it perfectly into our driveway around our neighbor's five cars and our enormous pine trees. On Saturday we went to the Henry Ford Museum. Trevor and the boys in front of some old fire engines
Connor loved the picture rubbing stations.

This is suppose to be a lego ramp. Halle thought it made a great slide.

Here the boys are enjoying the paper airplane targets.

Uncle Al, Dillon and Aunt Net are checking out the historic trains.

Happy Trails to the Integra

It's goodbye to our faithful old car- the only car we
ever bought new and probably the only car we will ever buy.
175,000 miles of adventures!(at warp speed of course)
