Colorado Christmas

We went to Colorado over Christmas. We had some wonderful days with Alyssa, Barry, and kids and Ron and Jan. Thanks for having us all, Alyssa! Halle was very excited about this Dora car. She is extreemly crazy about all things Dora. Thank you Grandpa and Grandma!

These pictures are a little out of order. We stopped to see Dave and Hazel on our way home.

We had a wonderful lunch together. It was so good to see them again.

Barry taught Dillon some chords on the guitar. Dillon is starting guitar lessons this month.

Becoming Big

Connor lost his first tooth today. Hopefully the tooth fairy will pay a visit. Connor has been very careful to not express disbelief in the tooth fairy since when Dillon did, the tooth fairy left him monopoly money under his pillow. Other signs that my little boy is growing up....he bowed his head and said grace without being reminded and he left the marshmellows to be eaten last in his bowl of Lucky Charms.

Baby Andrew...We can't stand it that we had to wait so long to see you. Prepare to be very spoiled soon!

We spent a few hours with Alyssa, Barry, and boys before they flew home on Friday. Thank you Bob and Ruth!

Frenemies

I love this picture of Dillon and Connor because it captures the joy of having a brother. They had spent the morning digging in the woods by our house, laughing hysterically together and fighting over the shovel. They have reached the age where they have more inside jokes together than we have with them. They can have a two hour conversation about Pokemon and Trevor and I don't understand a thing they are saying. Their bedroom is way too small for both of them now but I love hearing them laugh together with the lights out, talking about their day.
